Melato Sauces uses fresh, natural ingredients to bring you our recipes of awesome flavor. We select vegetables and spices generally accepted as superfoods or those that are just plain good for you. Most of our recipes include celtic salt, garlic, onions, habaneros, vinegar and spices. We focus on healthy flavor in our core sauces then send along the heat with every bottle. The heat comes from the Carolina Reaper, the worlds’ hottest pepper. As soon as you get your first package, we suggest you try out the sauce without any additive reaper sauce. The core sauce already contains some variety of hot pepper, usually the habanero. If that isn’t hot enough, you simply start adding drops from of our Carolina Reaper vial until you achieve your preferred level of fire! Each order comes with 2 ounces of Carolina Reaper. Add the entire bottle if you dare, shake well and enjoy!

Two products to start:

Classic Habanero: Our 5 oz classic habanero sauce is heavy on the umami and long on flavor. It is quite spicy before the addition of the Carolina reaper.

Pineapple Habanero: This sauce has a truely unique flavor. Similar to the classic but with a pineapple finish. It goes well with anything and everything !
