Melato Sauces uses natural ingredients to bring you our recipes packed with awesome flavor. Most of our recipes include celtic salt, garlic, onions, habaneros, vinegar, spices and other vegetables. We focus on healthy flavor in our core sauces then send along the heat with every bottle. The heat comes from the Carolina Reaper, the worlds’ hottest pepper. As soon as you get your first package, we suggest you try out the sauce without any additive reaper concentrate. The core sauce already contains some variety of hot pepper, usually the habanero. If that isn’t hot enough, you simply start adding Carolina Reaper until you achieve your preferred level of fire! Each order comes with 2 ounces of Carolina Reaper. Add the entire bottle if you dare, shake well and enjoy!
